New Student Registration

Welcome to Pioneer Adventist Christian School! We are excited to have your child join our Christ-centered educational community. To ensure a smooth registration process, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1

• Complete the Application form

• Fill out the Finance Agreement

Step 2

• Submit the Consent to Treat Form
• Provide the Student Medical Record (including school physicals)
• Fill out the Records Request Form
• Sign the Internet Pledge and Photograph Consent

Email all completed forms from Step 1 and Step 2 to pacs1245@gmail.com

Step 3

Bring the following items to the school:

• Birth Certificate
• Registration Fee Payment
• Immunization Records
